What you'll do
Two islands in one easy day, run by the resort on the island itself. Bungalow Raya Resort sits on the cliff above Raya Beach on Koh Racha Yai — and this is their own join speedboat trip. You ride out from Chalong Bay, swim and snorkel in the clear water the island is known for, and have lunch on the terrace of their sea-facing Raya Seafood Restaurant, right on the sand.
The morning belongs to Raya. After hotel pickup and a safety briefing, the speedboat crosses to Patok Beach; the snorkel stops typically cover Siam Bay and Konkae Bay, with their hard corals and clouds of reef fish. After lunch there is time for the beach and the viewpoint photo before the boat moves on.
Coral Island on the way home. The trip's current routing adds a beach and snorkel stop at Coral Island (Koh Hey) before returning to Chalong in the late afternoon — subject to sea conditions on the day. Masks, snorkels and life jackets are provided, and a licensed English-speaking guide leads the group throughout.
