The Golda Trip & Estates platform provides:

Short and long-term accommodation search and booking
Property management tools for owners
Secure payment processing
Review and rating system
Customer support services

Bookings & Reservations

When you make a booking through our platform, you enter into a direct contract with the property owner or manager.

You agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information
Follow property rules and guidelines
Maintain the property and facilities
Pay all agreed-upon charges

Payments & Pricing

Prices displayed on the platform include:

Nightly/monthly rental rate
Cleaning fees
Platform service fees
Applicable taxes

We may collect a security deposit, which will be refunded within 7-14 days after checkout.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by property. Generally, there are 4 tiers:

Flexible: Full refund up to 24 hours before check-in
Moderate: Full refund up to 5 days before check-in
Strict: 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in
Super Strict: No refund within 30 days

Liability & Disclaimers

Our platform acts as an intermediary between guests and property owners. We do not guarantee:

Property availability
Quality or condition of properties
Accuracy of property details
Conduct of property owners

We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes:

We will attempt to mediate between guests and property owners
Final decisions depend on agreements between both parties
Unresolved disputes will be referred to relevant courts in Thailand

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the platform. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of such changes.
