50% refund up to 7 days before check-in

• 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in
• No refund within 7 days of check-in
• Recommended for long-term stays

Super Strict

No refund within 30 days of check-in

• Full refund up to 30 days before check-in
• No refund within 30 days of check-in
• Best for peak seasons and special events

How to Cancel a Booking

1. Go to Your Bookings — navigate to “My Bookings” in your account
2. Select Booking — find and select the booking you want to cancel
3. Review Policy — check the cancellation policy and refund amount
4. Confirm Cancellation — confirm and receive refund details

Refund Timeline

• Cancellation processed — immediate
• Refund initiated — 1-2 business days
• Bank processing — 3-7 business days
• Funds available — 7-14 business days
