Operations
Property Manager
Rawai office, Phuket · Full-time
Own the day-to-day of our managed villas — listings, calendars and guest communication, plus the housekeeping and maintenance crews that keep every property guest-ready.
What you will do
Coordinate check-ins and resolve guest issues as they happen
Keep listings, calendars and pricing accurate across channels
Work with the housekeeping and maintenance teams of each property
What we are looking for
Experience in hospitality or property operations
A guest-first communicator in both Thai and English
Organised and calm when several problems land at once
Build the platform travellers book on — a Next.js storefront over a Python/FastAPI service layer, from search and checkout to the dashboards our team runs every day.
What you will do
Ship features across the React/Next.js front end and Python/FastAPI services
Care about storefront performance, SEO and accessibility
Design and improve data flows on PostgreSQL
What we are looking for
Hands-on experience with TypeScript/React and Python
Comfortable with SQL and relational data modelling
Pragmatic end-to-end ownership — at home in a small team
