Phi Phi Cruiser's large ferries run from Rassada Pier in Phuket to Tonsai Pier on Phi Phi Don in about two hours — air-conditioned cabins below, open viewing deck above, and space to actually stretch out. Sailings typically depart around 08:30 and 13:30, with return legs around 09:00 and 14:30 from Phi Phi.
One ticket, five routes. Book a one-way to Phi Phi or a round trip, or ride the onward connections via Phi Phi to Krabi (Klong Jilad), Ao Nang (Nopparat Thara) and Koh Lanta (Saladan) — handy when your trip continues across the Andaman coast.
