Drivers must be 15+ and passengers over 5. For the kids ATV and go-kart track, the suitable age range is confirmed with your booking.

Is hotel transfer included?

Yes — free round-trip transfer from Patong, Kata, Karon, Chalong and Rawai, with morning pickups around 08:00–08:45 and afternoon pickups around 12:00–12:45. Other areas carry a surcharge confirmed at booking.

Closed-toe trainers/sneakers (no sandals or flip-flops), light long pants, sunglasses and sunscreen. Bring a change of clothes for the elephant bathing program.

Is the Big Buddha stop guaranteed?

The longer routes include Big Buddha and the viewpoint, subject to site access and conditions — the site reopened in March 2026 and operates daily 09:00–18:00, but the route remains weather- and access-dependent.

Can pregnant guests join?

The activities are not suitable for pregnant guests or guests with heart, back or neck conditions or broken bones.

Light rain usually continues; heavy rain or storms may pause or reschedule sessions on safety grounds, with a refund or free reschedule when the operator cancels.

What you'll do

Meet the herd at Big Buddha hill — elephant programs without the engines, in three levels:

Feeding & Care — prepare the elephants' food and feed them, watch them play in the water, baby-elephant photo
Bathing & Care — everything in Feeding plus bathing time with the elephants (bring a change of clothes)
Nature & Care — the fullest program with the herd

Every program includes the heart-shaped viewpoint photo stop and a transfer to the Big Buddha viewpoint. Sessions run 09:00–12:00 and 13:00–16:00; the feeding activity itself is about an hour.
