Collection
Our team collects the floats after your rental period ends. The collection time is confirmed when your booking is confirmed.
Guest presence
Someone should be reachable during the delivery window, or arrange villa access with our team in advance.
Villa access
Staff need access to the pool area to inflate and set up the floats. You do not need to be present if access is arranged.
If delivery fails
If we cannot access the villa, our team will call the number on your booking to rearrange. A re-delivery fee may apply (amount to be confirmed).
Private pool
A private-pool villa is required.

Rental duration
1-day rental
Keep the package for up to 24 hours from delivery. Booking a longer date range rents the package for each extra day at the same package rate.
Late collection (overtime)
Overtime charges are being confirmed with the operator — please contact us before extending your rental.
Damage & loss policy
Items are inspected at setup and again at collection. Charges for damage or loss may apply — replacement fees are listed per item once confirmed with the operator.
Security deposit
No deposit required
Inspection
Our team checks and photographs the equipment at setup and at collection.
Normal wear
Normal wear (small marks from normal pool use) is not charged.
Lost items
Lost items are charged at the replacement fee per item (to be confirmed).

Questions about a damage charge? Contact our team with your booking code and we will review the inspection photos together.
Safety information
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times while using the floats.
- The floats are leisure toys — they are NOT life-saving devices and do not replace swimming ability or a certified life jacket.
- Use only in suitable private pools — never in the sea, rivers or open water.
- No diving or jumping onto the floats.
- Follow the age and weight guidance printed on each item.
- Stop using any damaged equipment and contact our team for a replacement.
